Springing Ahead

Ah....the warmth of the early spring sun.

Another deep snowfall, probably the last breath of winter, greets spring with open arms and  a sunset streaked with the softest reds.  If anything the snow intensifies the warmth and brilliant sunshine, providing deep contrast. The warmth can be felt through the window glass, spilling into the room.

  1. I love it! We call these places our “Graham spots” after our cockker spaniel who always found the tiniest sliver of sunlight to bask in!

    • Yes, Jody! Here they’re called (Dal)sun “spots!” Lots of sun spots here these days, enhanced by all the fresh snow. Wags from here!

  2. Here’s hoping Spring stays there for you. Every other blog I read seems to be complaining about snow.
