Can hardly see the arbor now after the climbing Roses, Honey Suckle and Hydrangea have taken it over. Each vine grows heavy with blooms for a brief time and then recedes a bit, allowing another the limelight. The scent is always a blend of sweet, drifting hints of fragrance, just an engaging reminder.

The Blueberry bushes on the left are gaining in volume and are loaded with tiny pale green berries which will begin to turn bluish before becoming a ready treat for the birds.  As they mature they will need protection if there’s to be any picking.

The huge Hydrangea behind these is in full bud and will soon pose for photos.
